Supervised Visits:
STS Supervisors are Competent: Trained, Consistent, and Reliable and serve the Cook County area. SafeTime Supervision will supervise the exchange and visitation process on or off site services, providing written summaries after each visit.
Therapeutic Services and Parent Coaching are also available.
Supervised Web based Video Visitation is currently being developed.

STS Supervisors: Trained, Consistent, and Reliable and serve the Cook County area. Qualifications: Supervised Visitation Specialists
1. A Master's degree or equivalent
2. Successfully completed a thorough background check
3. In compliance with local staff health requirements
4. Experienced in a care giving role
5. Able and willing to relate to all cultural, ethnic and socio-economic groups and life styles
6. Understands child development and issues
7. Able to be empathetic
8. Able to maintain an independent role and draw boundaries
9. Observant and safety oriented
10. Good communication and writing skills
11. Understands separation and divorce issues

Our Approach emphasizes the understanding of the developmental needs of the children. We are extremely vigilant in following court orders. In addition, we attempt continuity of the same visitation supervisor for the children's comfort level. If the child's safety becomes a concern, we assess the needs to stop visitations, if necessary
