  2. $65.00 Per Supervision Hour at STS’s site
  3.  Progress  Report Written for Each Visit
  4. 72 Hour Cancellation Policy
  5. $120 Initial Administrative Set-Up Fee

    Supervision Rooms available upon request for additional cost

    Testimony Costs For Visitation Supervisors:

    - Preparation & Consultation Time: $50.00 Per Hour with 2-Hour Minimum
    - Court Or Deposition: $150.00 Per Hour With 2-Hour Minimum

    Testimony Costs For Managing Psychologist:
    - Preparation Time: $150.00 Per Hour With 2-Hour Minimum
    - Court Or Deposition: $300.00 Per Hour With 2-Hour Minimum
    - Report Writing (Not Progress Reports): $200.00 Per Hour

    Administrative Costs:
    · Fax And Copies: $1.50 Per Page
